President’s report: The 2010 Sec/Treas Nominations position still open for 2009/10 and taking nominations for 2010/11. Dr Teri Barichello announced 0n February 19th at the Holiday Inn Wilsonville Conference Center, ODA will host, “Who’s in Charge? Maintaining Dental Leadership.”   All members are encouraged to attend. Call for House of Delegates, EagleCrest Resort Sept 10-11.  8 delegates are needed.  Deadline June 18, 2010.July 31 Deadline for submitting resolutions to ODA. 

Announcement:  Dr Fred Bremner was introduced as our interim executive director.  He is looking forward to helping the dental society move forward.

Minutes of Last Meeting: It was moved and seconded that minutes from November 2009 meeting be approved. Motion passed.
