President’s report: Aaron Welk welcomed and thanked all attendees for coming to the meeting.  The announcement of Kimberly’s decision to resign from CCDS Executive Director was given with many thanks for her services.  Kimberly’s last day will be December 15th.  He then discussed the need to fill open board positions and asked for nominations.  No nominations were given.

Trustees’s report: Drs Bremner and Guthrie:
Items that were discussed during last Trustee’s meeting included…
•    ODA Attorney discussed ODA board member and staff responsibilities
•    Dr. Cook was nominated for Board of Directors seat but declined
•    ODS Children’s program was discussed
•    ODA strategic plan was reviewed, some cutting and tightening of budget for 2010

Executive Director’s report:
Kimberly thanked the membership for their support with her decision to resign as CCDS Executive Director to support her family’s needs while her husband is away in Afghanistan.  She discussed her gratefulness to have had the opportunity to grow and help make wonderful changes for an improved society.  Aaron Welk presented Kimberly with a going away gift of $100 gift certificate to Cold Creek Day Spa and three member seat tickets to an upcoming Trail Blazer game so she can enjoy the game with her two young boys.
