Best Time of the Year
One of the best times of year is late summer/early fall around here. The weather is in the mid 70’s, football is starting up, baseball is winding down, and most importantly, the kids are settled back in school. September 11-12, 2009 was the annual Oregon Dental Association’s House of Delegates meeting at the Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, OR.
The Clackamas County Dental Society had 100% delegate representation at the meeting. Thank you to the following doctors - Bruce Bierman, Al Borromeo, Randall Glenn, Terry Isom, Kent Lee, Fred Scott, Kim Wright, and myself for serving as delegates. The time has come to begin planning again for Clackamas County’s February 2010 National Dental Health Month and Give Kids a Smile February 5th, 2010. CCDS has a goal of at least three participating dental offices within all ten of Clackamas County's school districts to voluntarily open their doors to their underprivileged children for their needed dental treatment. Call to order: FTC statement:
“This meeting is being conducted in compliance with federal and state antitrust laws and regulations that prohibit associations from price or fee fixing, agreements to divide patient or market areas, refusal to deal with third parties and related conduct that is anticompetitive.”
Meetings of the last meeting were approved without amendment.
